Prior to writing this book, I meticulously studied and took notes from books and articles dedicated to personal development and psychology sourced from various countries (including the United States, India, Japan, Germany, Russia, and Turkey). A particular statement in Ryuho Okawa’s renowned book, The Laws of Wisdom, which I purchased during my visit to India, says “There comes a time when you can no longer get the spark from the reading, and you want to produce (write) yourself”. This pivotal moment compelled me to write this book. While I had immersed myself in numerous books beforehand, a single statement within Okawa’s book became a turning point in my life, and I started to think of myself as both a coach and a writer.
